"This hotel is very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They also have the airport shuttle which is very convenient! They also have kids play room, so my daughters don’t feel bored when they stay in the hotel. They also have the outdoor pool, but the water is cold. All in all, this hotel is great!"

"The cleanliness of the hotel itself and the rooms are superb. Housekeeping does everyday cleaning and changed towels, refills tissue and toilet papers daily. There is water refill machine in each De Luxe Rooms. Coffee and Tea were refilled daily as well. Staff are helpful, courteous, and polite to guests. There is everyday breakfast choices whether you want to have buffet breakfast or set room orders. We availed buffet breakfast during our stay and food was extravagant! Disneyland Explorer Lodge...

"Experienced elevator free fall and on the day I’m heading out, the hotel got me a taxi that can’t not accept visa or octopus card,after I arrive, the driver won’t drop me off and I end up paid 2 times taxi fare to pay him to drive me back to hotel,and the taxi driver verbally bullied me and I have to pay another taxi to drive me to ferry again. Horrible experience."

"The Reception is dark. At night not much light. The Booking Clerk had to use the torch on his phone to show us sight seeing places in a map. The breakfast is very basic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. "

"Nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois nuits, en précisant dès novembre notre souhait d’être en étage élevé dans le bâtiment Est, près de la piscine. À notre arrivée, la chambre familiale proposée ne répondait malheureusement pas à ces critères et notre demande semblait inconnue. Cependant, M. Edmond Chan que j’avais rencontré en mars a immédiatement pris les choses en main. Il nous a d’abord offert une chambre pour nous reposer, puis a organisé un transfert vers deux chambres...
