"Our room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, no enough toilet paper (no extra inside the bathroom), towels look old and my son had bed bugs bite. The staff who accommodate us at check out time is too slow to handle difficult task. The deposit money was lost and was not able to do immediate payment. Staff still need to let the manager know and decide what to do. No initiative from the staff. We were late with our appointment due to this problem. "Morning staff was so unhelpful while asking for help the lady just turned and started helping the next person. So rude! Security guard offered a taxi off the fare meter which is bad. Tried to jack the price up on me thinking i was a tourist probably. Either way this place is horrible for any service if needed. Wont ever come back here."
