"House was stocked with everything we needed. There were lots of little notes to help you navigate any issues (like dead batteries, how to use the washer, where to find spare items, etc.). Susan was always responsive, you can tell she cares a lot. It was a great little house that easily fit our family of four. Couch and beds were cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed our trip!"

"The property is on spacious, lovely wooded lot with easy access via car, with dedicated parking for their visitors. The rental space is more than roomy, quiet, with windows looking in all directions onto the rustic area. Rebecca and Tony have appointed the space with snacks, coffee, tea, juice and bottled water. We were delighted with our accommodations and stay, in general. Don’t change a thing! Many thanks!"

"This is a hidden gem. We just got back from a stay at Dark Horse in Franklin, and it was honestly the best stay we have ever had. Beautiful, spotless, and genuinely unique, you are literally staying in a working recording studio, but it still feels calm, comfortable, and relaxing... a one-of-a-kind mansion. If you want to experience Music City from the inside while being a short drive from Nashville, this is a must. We would book it again without thinking."
