The upstairs apartment was in a safe area. Easy to walk into downtown Floyd, and the grocery store. It had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Really enjoyed the Crooked Road Experience and wineries in the area.

The accommodations were nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location . The only improvement I can think of is the stairs leading up to the rental were wobbly and they were kind kinda water soaked.

I hate to give away secrets that may make this place unavailable when I want to return, but it's just as described and a perfect location for walking around town if you prefer. Lovely touches, tasteful decor, comfy beds, gracious hosts.

When we checked in, we discovered that there was no power to the microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. I reported it to the host who told me to check the circuit breaker box. We did that with no luck. Told the host there was still no power to half of the kitchen and got no response. Very disappointing as the apartment was cute but…….,.

Good Choice

We weren’t sure what to expect when we saw the abandoned sewing factory next door. The rental ended up being very cute and clean. It was also very conveniently located to the main attractions of the town. We felt safe in the area and it was quiet at night.

Living on Floyd Time

Location is within walking distance to Floyd Country Store and local shops. We enjoyed live music in the park on Thursday and then the Friday Night Jamboree. Had a blast with local musicians who encouraged us to sing along to "Take Me Home Country Roads" and "Garden Party". Apartment was very clean and well decorated, felt very homey. Bathroom is fully stocked in case you forget Anything. Bottle of wine was a nice surprise and very good, too. Overall very quiet and relaxing environment.

Stayed one night on a multi state trip so we could visit Floyd and attend Fright Night Jamboree at Floyd Country Store. Overall, positive experience at this property. One note, deck steps up to 2nd floor may be a bit tricky for some.

Hidden Gem

The apartment felt like home! It was clean and cozy. Within walking distance of most main attractions in Floyd and within short driving distance of other local hot spots. Booking and check-in was seamless and we will definitely be planning another trip. Highly recommend!

Darling Space

What a lovely modern clean space! The open concept for cooking and gathering with family was perfect. It is very near (5 min walk) to the heart of Floyd shopping and dining. The owner/manager was super easy to get a hold of and checking in and out was simple. We will definitely try and rent it again!
