"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."

"The room was smelly and dirty. They didn't clean our rooms the entire time we were there, and we were there for 6 days. It was cheap, I suppose you get what u pay for. Definitely not three star.Staff was friendly tho. It was close to my family's house we were visiting. Probably go somewhere else next time."

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

The blanket was full of holes a man’s thumb can poke into each easily. The fridge was super filthy with black molds. i cleaned it for an hour so i can use it. Yet, it was still dirty. I wanted to rest but couldnt, due to the adjustment i had to deal with in the room. The bedside lamp was broken & the outlet was down i had to use...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Port Gardner! The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the staff. "The first room we were in was terrible. The toilet clogged and overflowed all over the bathroom floor. The second room was better (marginally). It didn’t smell clean at all. The room keys kept deactivating so there were numerous trips to the front desk to collect new room key cards. I will not be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Everett"

"Nice quiet clean hotel, with super comfy beds!!! Breakfast in the morning, coffee bar all day and into the evening. Casino across the street, a few fast food restaurants with in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again. Staff very friendly, grounds tidy. "
