"Great little house-- clean, comfortable beds, well furnished and stocked, quick responses from hosting company, quiet road but easy to find, and it's a cute old farm house/ acreage. The water is from a well and has a sulfur smell that we weren't crazy about, but a large bottle of drinking/ cooking water was provided. "

"Beautiful, cozy and welcoming. Centrally located to ensure you are in within a manageable driving distance to the Royal Gorge, Garden of the gods and Pikes Peak. Walking distance to local brewery and restaurants. Our kids loved the amenities provided with the rental. Fully furnished kitchen made it nice when we did not feel like dinning out! Local grocery store 8 min up the road had everything we needed as well. We will stay again next time we are in the area!"

"We enjoyed our short stay. The house is in a nice neighborhood. We spent a lot of time on the back patio. I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with glasses, plates and utensils. Everything was clean and inviting. Beth replied almost immediately to a message I sent. We’ll be back!"

"This place was fantastic and the hosts were great! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and they even had a basket of snacks out for us. The bed is possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a rental. Will definitely book this again if we end up back in Victor."
