"We flew out from Arizona to attend our Son's graduation from Syracuse University. Our stay at the lake house for 5 nights was wonderful. The house was clean and Miles was very inviting. The location was great and we had a wonderful time.I truly wished we extended our stay for a little long. Thank you for allowing to stay at your beautiful lake house we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend your lake house. "

"We wanted to find some snow to play in, and saw storms hitting in the area. We booked last minute and figured we were taking our chances, but ended up with an amazing find! The cabin was warm, cozy, and easy to get to. (And bonus—at least that weekend, we were right on the edge of the snow band, so we were able to go play in snow nearby but didn’t get stuck or have any issues at the cabin.) "We also run a vacation property, so our standards are probably slightly higher than most. This place had everything we needed and more. It was adorable, well stocked and the owner and his crew were constantly up-keeping it, even going as far as keeping the mosquitoes at bay. "This place was perfect for my husband and I. We took a quick trip to do a little fishing, so the location was great. Loved that it was tucked away off the main road. It was very comfortable, very clean, very quiet, and I loved the artwork around the cabin. This would be a great place for a multi family vacation with all the different cabins. Will most definitely come back to this place again! "

"The house was very clean and conveniently located for both families to travel to. The wedding reception we were invited to did not want children to attend. So with the games in the basement, our children were well entertained for the afternoon. It was a rainy day, so being outside wasn't an option. This was perfect for them and grandpa. "

"The upstairs unit had a generous deck with lovely views of the canal that goes out to the lake. A quick walk across the street and you can catch an incredible sunset! Inside the house we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. I highly recommend. "

"This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures...

"Good space. Beach is just down the street. Many restaurants walking distance. To note, waterfront patio featured is not just outside the rental. Not far to go but it, and the beach, are not pet friendly."
