Apartment on the 1st Floor in the central Via di San Niccolò, fully renovated equipped with modern and design furniture while keeping well in evidence its historical character. The beamed ceiling and walls with original plasterwork show all the authentic character of the apartment and the building. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and ample space overlooking the private inner courtyard. The living room includes a mezzanine with full balustrade that offers the right privacy to the double bed, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and another space with mezzanine and second double bed.

A beautiful apartment with rustic charm, yet with modern facilities. I stayed with my three children for a week and it was a great base for us all - the street is pretty quiet and it is a minute's walk from the bus stop; the city centre is about 20 mins away by foot. The apartment itself is super comfortable and has air conditioning. We all slept very well! Linda is an excellent host and very responsive. I particularly appreciated her bringing an ironing board to the flat so I could wear linen and cotton shirts in the hot weather we had! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place, and very much hope we have the opportunity to return some time.

An Unforgettable Stay in Florence!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment in Florence. It is a gem. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere. The neighborhood is hip and adjacent to the Giardino delle Rose and the Piazzale Michelangelo which offers a stunning panoramic view of Florence.The apartment was very spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The interiors were a blend of modern and classic charm, with very tasteful furnishings, lofty ceilings, and large windows that filled the space with natural light.The host was responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a centrally located, and stylish place to stay in Florence.
