  • A charming apartment in the heart of Florence. It is located on the fourth floor (elevator available) of the famous Palazzo dell'Arte dei Giudici e Notai, the historic headquarters of the guild since the 13th century.
    The apartment offers a breathtaking view: the dome of the Duomo on the right, Palazzo Vecchio on the left.
    The apartment is adjacent to the Palazzo del Bargello, the oldest public building in Florence.
    All points of interest are within walking distance: all you have to do is step outside and you’ll immediately find yourself in the heart of Florence.
    The apartment is just a short walk from the central station (trains/buses).

    Suitable for any stay: short-term or long-term.

    LAYOUT
    The apartment (approximately 45 square meters).
    Air conditioning covers the entire unit.
    The apartment consists of: a double bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a sitting area with a small sofa.
    Closet, flat-screen TV with access to Netflix (using your own login credentials).
    Kitchen: fully equipped (with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, utensils, bottle opener) plus refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, American-style coffee maker, and moka pot.
    Bathroom: shower, bidet, hair dryer. Washing machine available.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
    The entire apartment is available to guests.
    A guidebook is provided with lots of useful information, rules, recommendations on places of interest, restaurants, and tips on how to make the most of your stay.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    The tourist tax IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING COST: €6.00 per person per night (up to a maximum of seven nights) TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

We really enjoyed our stay in Florence! The property was located perfectly to easily see the city and the apartment had all the amenities for a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend staying here!

Firenze Wedding

We had a family wedding at the Hotel Grand Cavour so staying literally across the street for a fraction of the cost was great for our family of four (sons 20 and 22). The apartment was convenient, a bit small for grown sons but clean and in a perfect location to every sight! Our host was totally available prior to our stay helping with plans, suggestions etc…. We had a lovely stay.
