The Creek Valley House is a fun and modern home that's worth every penny. With fast internet, a Smart TV for streaming, there's nothing this place is missing for a quick getaway or a long-term stay. Come on and enjoy a weekend or more! The home is centrally located within minutes of all your outdoor adventures and sightseeing! Endless activities abound nearby, including mountain biking, paddle boarding on the TN River, hang gliding, caving, hiking, and state park explorations. Easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times.



Enjoy access to the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker, as well as dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer included. Sleeps 10. 2 Queen bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom, 1 bunk room with 4 twin beds (2 bunks), 1 twin daybed upstairs with a pull-out twin trundle, with a bathroom attached. Bathrooms: 2, one upstairs and one downstairs. Please note that upstairs shower//tub is a mini shower designed for children. For year-round enjoyment for your getaway, check this place out; you won’t be disappointed!

The property was in a perfect location for us, quick drive into the city to do family things, but far enough out that it was peaceful and relaxing. I’ll start with the good. Kitchen fully stocked was a big help, plenty of bath towels for the whole family and extras!! That was a great bonus! Bed linens were clean, as well as blankets, throw blankets, rugs ect.. also extra bonus, there is a playground just down the road which was great for my little kids! but I will say the overall cleanliness of the property could be better and was less than ideal, there was dust on just about every area, spider webs in the corners, paint peeling inside the main bathtub, old crusty food left in the sink drains, dirty walls and doors. Also, apparently the hot tub broke just before our arrival, which I was never notified about and actually only figured out because of my kids looking through the pictures of the listing and noticing a updated photo added saying it was out of order, and no communication by the manager if or when it was getting fixed, I was told after I reached out about it that the part arrived and I would be updated, but I never heard. Also, garbage dumpsters on site were both completely full, so a guy had to come and pick up the garbage. The beds were not the best as far as comfort but they worked for what we needed. Overall, it was a great location and we would come back

Overall not a bad location, not a busy road and parking was easy. Our group arrived in the area just prior to check in and we asked to check in early, it was granted but for additional fee. So we waited 45 minutes until time. The place was clean, plenty of towels and complementary soap and dryer sheets with laundry, which is nice. The hot tub was currently broken, so we were bummed. However, communication was spot on and they addressed the issues we encountered, including a personal phone call from them.

We were all very disappointed in the property & hesitant to trust what we were told. It wasn't in a good part of town, was run down & in poor shape, smelled musty, & a junk piled in the neighbors yard had been blurred out to hide it on the photos. They emailed us just before we got there that the washing machine was broken & questioned IF we wanted it fixed. Later, when explaining our dissatisfaction, she informed us that her husband had "tweaked" it & it worked now. No mention of this until that moment.That sudden offering of information didn't instill a lot of confidence in me. The hot tub was not usable when we arrived because it was 75. The lid was waterlogged & ripped. I wasn't sure I trusted that it "just needed to warm up"... especially after questioning the truth about the washer. The eatings areas couldn't fit all of us in one room unless we moved 1 table into the kitchen & blocked some of the cabinets (her idea).The "double bed" was a twin with a trundle that sat on the floor because the trundle frame was broken. A lamp was sitting on the carpet between 2 other beds with no table. The 2nd bathroom had a tub that would have been hard for any adult to use due to the height of the ceiling.The place was not in a good area, the photos were altered, the washing machine and hot tub had mechanical issues, the place was run down and needed repairs, & furniture was broken or missing. The lady refused to call the owner since he "might be in bed " at 6:30pm.

First of all the photos of this property that are posted for this property IS NOT what the property actually looks like. The walls were dirty, the washing machine was filthy, there are gaps in the doors where you can see outside. In addition when we open the door, it had a very bad smell. You could tell it had not been stayed in for a while nor was cleaned before we arrived; dirty rugs wadded up with dirt swept under them. Cigarette butts all over the ground in the driveway. I took photos of property and I contacted the person in my reservations but they seem not to care so I asked for a manager but never got to speak with them either because they were in a “meeting.” They did refund 15% which was around 122 but we will never stay at this property nor do any business with Unique Stays ever again.

The house and location was great. Ee needed to get to Chattanooga and it was the perfect distance. We had small kid’s and they had a blast in the backyard and in the bunk bed room. It was perfect for the families that all stayed here. The hot tub was awesome for the adults after the kids went to bed.

Alright Property

I want to start off by saying communication with property management was awesome. They were messaging us promptly which was nice because we never had to reach out to them for anything. It’s close to town, backyard is nice, and kitchen is fully equipped. My main critiques are the property is not fully cleaned. It is Surface level clean meaning they clean bare minimum that you see with your eyes. My toddler found a half ate piece of pizza under the couch on arrival. Blankets in the living room smelled like nasty body odor and linens in bedroom had stains on them. Additionally, the house smelled like mildew and mold. The house is super old so I wouldn’t be surprised if that smell was from mold. The pictures I feel are super airbrushed. Lots of insects in the bunk bed room because there is an exterior door in there that has a massive gap that allows insects in. I truly feel the price to stay at the house was definitely not justified in the condition it actually was I wished we had just booked a hotel room or paid a little more for this other VRBO house we saw.

Wonderful stay!!

This is an adorable house. Loved the old feel. Nice remodel work! Back deck and fire pit was great! Communication with renter was outstanding. Far enough out of town that traffic wasnt a problem, but close enough to everything we planned.
