"The house was welcoming when we arrived and very clean. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and concerns during our stay which we really appreciated! We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit which provided much needed relaxation!The only complaint we had (which is very small) - it would have been nice if the back deck and patio table had been swept/cleaned before we arrived. Great weekend. "

"This was the cutest house ever! Very clean and charming and great location to walk downtown Franklin to enjoy the festivities. The record player was a super nice added touch! We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the front porch. The host was always available if needed and quick to answer questions. Will definitely plan to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others."

"This is far and away the most well-appointed VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had good quality pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets. There was even a cocoa bar and other treats awaiting us when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless, and they even had hydrating face masks available. The game room had a ton of great board games and a pool table that we enjoyed. The hot tub was also extremely clean and protected from the elements, so we even spent time in it...

"Ms Beth was the perfect hostess. Our boys enjoyed catch and releases fishing all weekend. As well as visiting with Cooper the mirco goldendoodle. The house was clean with comfortable beds. Several family owned restaurants near by. As well as apple works which is a pumpkin patch with fall activities only 7 minutes down the road. "

"This place was just what my wife and I needed for a night away. The place was clean and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was very nice with unique and well kept homes all around. Downtown was a short walk away and there is plenty so see and do. Our stay was short but we had a very enjoyable time."

"The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable except for the pull out couch which was fairly uncomfortable which is normal for a pull out couch. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Recommendations: exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom. "
