Beautiful artisan-built house from 2001, renovated in 2018, offering a welcoming and bright space. As you enter, you’ll find a spacious 40 m² cathedral-style living room with fireplace, TV, internet, and air conditioning. The 16 m² kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, range cooker (5 gas burners and electric oven), kettle, coffee maker, citrus press, blender, and electric mixer. Enjoy a foosball table for your leisure time.



The 22 m² master suite features a 160x200 bed and a private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). A hallway leads to a separate toilet, a large bathroom with bathtub and double sink, and three bedrooms (18 to 20 m²) with twin beds 80x200, a 140x200 bed, and a 160x200 bed.



Relax on the large south-facing terrace with awning and dining area, a furnished covered terrace, and a garden. Parking for 3 to 4 cars at the front. Barbecue available. Infinity pool (4x11 m) with tiled deck and outdoor shower. Washing machine available.



Please note: the decorative railing is openwork and not suitable for young children. The pool is protected by an alarm meeting legal requirements, but is not fenced (see photos).



Flassans-sur-Issole, a charming medieval village accessible from the DN7, is ideally located among the Var vineyards. Perfect for exploring the area: adventure park, Verdon gorges, vineyards, typical villages, and beaches 40 km away (Toulon, St-Tropez). The village has a supermarket, bakery-pastry shop, and artisan butcher.



Bed linen and towels available on request and included for stays of 2 consecutive weeks or more. Cleaning is included, but we ask you to leave the house tidy, with bins emptied and dishwasher cleared.
