Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean, and the facilities were generally well maintained. It also offered good value for money compared with other hotels in the same category providing similar services. The main area for improvement would be the attitude and level of service of a few members of the reception team, which was not always as welcoming or helpful as expected.
