"Pros: We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment in the same block. The apartment is very spacious with an attractive terrace and fabulous view of Pico island. It is very tastefully furnished with antiques which have been lovingly restored. Dora was very kind and communication with her was excellent. She left us a lovely welcome hamper of local food. Highly recommended property. Cons: Only the weather!"

"Sehr schönes grosses Appartement. Man hatte viel Platz. Die Auffahrt war sehr steil. Wir hatten leider keinen Sitzplatz draussen, das fehlte. Die Hähne haben uns 4 Uhr geweckt. In der Küche war das Geschirr sparsam ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner.Im Bad war viel Abstellplatz. Es ist 10 Minuten von Horta entfernt aber eine gute Ausgangslage wenn man ein Auto hat. Man kann es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen."

"Von den 4 Unterkünften, die wir in diesem Urlaub auf den Azoren hatten, ist dies die Einzige, die wir nicht empfehlen können. Als wir ankamen (Anfang Mai) waren die Temperaturen zwischen 11 und 17 Grad, mit wenigen sonnigen Abschnitten und dann höheren Temperaturen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Heizung, dementsprechend war die Temperatur im Inneren bei 16 Grad und über 80% Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Wohnung war also kalt und klamm, in den Schränken und Kommoden riecht es modrig. Erst auf Nachfrage...

"I stayed with my wife and 2 kids here- the place was a perfect setup where we had our own cabin with 2 bedrooms. The property is lovely- it was super quiet and we really enjoyed splashing around in the small pool there. We were very happy with our stay!"
