"We booked a room with a pool or beach view, but they gave us an one with a garden view. The hotel is relaxing, but the service is slow. The check in was very slow"

"Very Disappointing Stay at El Mouradi Gammarth! Our experience was absolutely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the woman at check-in was incredibly rude. Our suite was extremely hot and unclean. We ordered room service, and although the meal was good, multiple cockroaches began emerging around the mirrors. This was disgusting and completely unacceptable. The suite had two televisions, but only one worked. The 2nd remote had no batteries, and the bathroom's combined shampoo and body wash dispenser...

"This hotel was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. The Maitre-D was so helpful and kind. Everyone couldn't do enough for you. My sister and I can't wait to come back here again. A lovely 5-star hotel with a beautiful pool, delicious restaurants, and the best employees you could ask for."

"Dar Souad was the best place any traveler could choose when entering Tunisia. They’re so friendly, accommodating, kind, and considerate. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the entire space is cozy, and the food is delicious."

"Struttura splendida, in autentico stile tunisino, molto curata e pulitissima. Personale e proprietari estremamente cordiali e sempre disponibili.

"Very well decorated rooms and good breakfast."
