Further into the home, you will see the second living area that flows into the large, open kitchen with plenty of space to cook, and entertain. Tons of cabinet space along with a spacious walk in pantry for your use.

The kitchen is outfitted with a large island; making meal preparation a social event. The kitchen features stainless appliances, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and a full complement of cooking utensils and dishware. There is seating for two around the island for casual dining, as well a dining room table that seats up to six.

The back patio door is just off the kitchen and you can access the patio, bbq and a large fenced yard that is great for the kids to play.

The bedrooms are simple yet refined with platform beds, supportive mattresses, quality linen large closets and dressers. The Master and room across the hall both have King sized beds and the third bedroom has two Twin beds. There is also a Full size inflatable mattress that brings the sleep total to 8.

The master bathroom has a full sized shower and the guest bathroom has a bathtub and shower. You will find soap, shampoo, hair dryers and extra TP in each of these.

The location is unbeatable. You are just minutes away from the Schultz Creek recreation area that boasts miles and miles of some of the best singletrack in Arizona. You will also have quick access to Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) that circumnavigates all of Flagstaff. Only minutes from Downtown, the Arizona Snowbowl, and so much more. Right out the front door, you get a decent view of the San Francisco Peaks, Mount Elden and Dry Lake Hills.

Be sure to ask for advice on hiking or cycling, ski/snowboard rentals, cross country ski and snowshoe trails, sledding areas, as well as any of the dozens of Flagstaff area attractions.
