The Humphreys Overlook at The Foothills is a modern home tucked away in the Cheshire neighborhood, with a comfortable cabin-like feel! Able to accommodate up to 14 guests, the home is perfect for families and groups of friends on vacation, with modern amenities and a hot tub. This home is the perfect mountain escape, with views of Flagstaff's San Francisco Peaks right outside, and is completely centralized to the Arizona Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, and downtown Flagstaff!

Had an amazing time here! Celebrated a birthday and a couple of friends and there was so much space and room to have everyone hangout together. Super easy check in and check out. Would definitely want to stay again!

Snowbowl/grand canyon

We picked this location so we could ski one day and visit the Grand canyon another day. Everything was great. The snow was still at the house so that was really fun for these Texas kids. The house fit everyone comfortably. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful home!!

Beautiful home and very spacious! My only complaints are the TVs barely worked and the fireplace was hard to turn on so we were not able to use it and there were lots of spiders. Those are all minor things, we really did enjoy our stay. It was very cozy and we had a great time.

Family Christmas Trip

This house was overall very nice. You could access house from garage which was nice. Sleeps 10 perfect and could do 3 more if you can get kids to sleep in the same bed. There was a heating problem, upstairs was comfortable but downstairs bedrooms were very HOT! Hot tub was nice.

Quiet Location, good family house

Very nice location, on a cul-de-sac backed up to the woods. Very quiet, convenient location to downtown flagstaff being only 10 min tops. Lots of beds for the kids, games, and a nice hot tub. Nice big kitchen.

Great for Larger Groups

Overall this place is great for larger groups. The kitchen and family room were very spacious. The hot tub was great. There were a few items (doors, etc) that needed repair. We stayed during a big winter storm, and thankfully the manager sent a snow blowing team right away in the morning for the large driveway. The garage fit two cars easily, so that was nice too. We got the check-in instructions on the day of check-in. So, don’t be surprised by that.

Very nice home!

We very much enjoyed our stay. 4 stars because there were no paper towels or garbage bags. The bedding could also use an upgrade, just a sheet and a thin quilt on the bed in winter in Flagstaff just doesn't cut it and the pillows weren't comfortable. We did find an extra blanket in the closet and one extra pillow. Otherwise, the house is very nice and comfortable and we had a nice time.
