PARKING
Driveway parking is available for a maximum of one vehicle. Free street parking is allowed when permitted. However, from November 1st to April 1st, street parking is prohibited from midnight to 7:00 a.m. due to snow removal operations.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking is allowed on the property.
Minimum age requirement: 30 years old.
No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00 + tax.

**Pack Play and Highchairs - $40 + tax each

STAIR ACCESS
The studio requires climbing 17 steps to reach the main level. Additional steps are needed to access the lofted bedroom. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

LOFTED BEDROOM SAFETY
The lofted bedroom does not have railing guards, making it potentially unsafe for children.

PETS
Pets are allowed with restrictions. A $50 + tax per pet (non-refundable). Please follow these guidelines:
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding ("4 on the floor" rule).
Owners must clean up after pets outside.
Maximum: 2 dogs (up to 25 lbs each). No vicious breeds allowed.
No other pets permitted without manager approval.

We had a wonderful stay. The Boho Chic Mountain unit was very clean and it was a good central location for all the activities we had planned. Some of the houses close by seemed sketchy but we didn’t have any issues. The bed was very comfortable and the living areas were arranged nicely. We had to be careful walking up and down the stairs so we wouldn’t hit our heads on the ceiling at the top, I am 5’ 6” and my husband is 6’. Also, there seems to be some confusion with the reviews for the Boho Chic Mountain unit. Our unit did not have access to the backyard, On the reviews others noted how wonderful the backyard was. The backyard is for the other unit, which is attached to the Boho Chic Mountain unit. This was not an issue for us, but it is confusing. Overall, we had a great stay, even though the ceiling height was a big issue.

Check in instructions led us to a house that was literally already inhabited. People were inside watching TV. Driveway was full of 5 cars (supposed to have a spot for us to park, but we couldn’t) and unhoused individuals were sleeping in and peeing next to their cars on the street. We couldn’t reach anyone from the rental company for 20 minutes late at night, so we called VRBO who were great and got us a hotel. When we finally heard from someone from the rental, they first told us we were at the wrong address (that the road’s name had recently changed) and to go a mile away to an empty parking lot. Then they said actually no you did have the right address you just have to go into the back yard. Mind you, nothing in the check in instructions said anything about going around back. By then we were pretty sure they literally don’t even own this house and we were not about to trespass in someone’s yard at 10pm. To date they have yet to refund us or even respond to our request for reimbursement. Thankfully VRBO has taken care of us and we will do a charge back with our bank. Meanwhile even though we literally told the rental company we had all these issues and never even saw the rental, they kept sending us messages asking if we wanted to extend our stay, how to check out, and asking for a review. Well here is their review. We will never, ever rent with them again. Terrible experience and I would give them zero stats if possible. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

We absolutely loved this property. Very beautifully designed and everything you need to feel right at home. But, there was just one thing we kept bumping our head on the ceiling when coming down from the loft. It just something you have to get use to. Otherwise the property was great and close to all the places we want to visit.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this charming little loft near Northern Arizona University, and we can't say enough great things about our experience! As two people traveling with our two dogs, we were on the lookout for a pet-friendly spot that wouldn't compromise on comfort or style, and this loft exceeded our expectations. **Location, Location, Location!** First off, the location was fantastic! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a stone's throw away from NAU, we had easy access to local parks, hiking trails, and even downtown Flagstaff. The area felt safe and welcoming, making it a joy to stroll with our furry companions. We loved being able to explore the vibrant local scene while knowing we could return to our cozy retreat at the end of the day. **A Cozy and Inviting Space** Upon entering the loft, we were immediately struck by how warm and inviting it felt. The decor was a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The open layout made the space feel larger than it was, and the natural light pouring in through the windows created a bright and cheerful atmosphere. The loft was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchenette was surprisingly spacious and had all the essentials for cooking up our own meals. We loved this place! We enjoyed the outdoors as much as the indoors. It's within walking distance to many great restaurants and an amazing yoga studio. We didn't have to drive anywhere. The only negatives were (1) the backyard lacks privacy - there is another tenant above and we had two men looking down on us the entire evening. (2) there is no smoking outside. Pretty inconvenient for my friend that smokes marijuana for her back pain. Easy communication with the owner and all we had to do was take out the trash upon departure.

The home was very clean and seems like it was all recently updated. The backyard is great and was perfect for our family. It was also very much needed because the house was really small. It says it sleeps 6 and pets are welcome but after a few days we felt like we were all on top of each other. The location in proximity to everything is amazing. However the street this home is on is a little seedy. There are 2 condemned homes and a few abandoned cars. That said we had no issues, it was just a little surprising. Overall it was a really nice experience.

Fabulous house! Really nicely appointed and clean. Decor was contemporary and not overdone with too many knick knacks. Beds comfy, lots of gorgeous, fluffy white towels. Good water pressure in the bathrooms. Kitchen is on point with everything you need. Our grads loved the hot tub! We were able to walk to all our events on campus and into downtown for meals. Whole Foods is a few blocks away in a really good shopping center. The neighborhood looks a bit downtrodden, but don't let that scare you off. Very safe- we had fully loaded vehicles parked there for days, and no issues. Highly recommend this property, and their management team is professional, which is so nice. They email you regularly and are available if you need anything. Thank you for a 5 star stay!

We were in town for graduation. Loved that we could walk to the event and going out. We added the additional loft to keep the entire family together. Yes, lots of stairs but we knew what to expect. Great stay for a youth sports tournament held on NAU campus, we could walk to the facility on breaks to see our dog. Very spacious, clean and the interior space is well thought out and comfortable for a family. The backyard is amazing, we had so much fun playing in the yard and the jacuzzi was heaven at night for tired muscles. Yes, the neighborhood is run down, but it was quiet for a weekend in the heart of a college town. Will definitely stay again.

It was a nice house that comfortably fit the 6 of us. It was clean and beds we’re comfortable. It was a great location for taking our daughter on a college tour at NAU. If it had been nicer weather we would have walked to campus and to some local eateries. The neighborhood seemed a little sketch, but after talking with a guy at NAU who lives in that same neighborhood he said it looks bad, but it’s really not. The house is actually a duplex of sorts, but I don’t think the other part was occupied. The houses are extremely close together, but the backyard seemed nice, although it was too cold to really use it. The kids enjoyed hot tubbing in the snow. We had the supplies we needed. Overall it was a good stay.

My family really enjoyed staying at this cute house for my sons FB camp. The location is perfect being so close to NAU and downtown restaurants and shops. The house was clean, comfortable and had enough of everything you might need. The background is absolutely perfect with a grill/sitting area, fire pit and hot tub! I highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything at this property was just as described and pictured on the bio. It’s in a great location and gives you the ability to walk everywhere. The hot tub was very refreshing. The only two things to note is that the Wi-Fi was not very good and that the living room was smaller than expected, but overall great property and stay all together. Would recommend!
