Welcome to Flagler Beach House—your private oceanfront getaway with room for the whole crew! This unique two-level home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 12 guests, combining both levels of the property into one relaxing beach retreat. Each floor is fully self-contained with its own entrance, living space, and kitchen, making it the perfect setup for families or friends traveling together who want to be close—but still have a little privacy.

Please note: there is no interior connection between the two levels. The only way to move between floors is by using the outside stairs, just like a duplex. Both units are rented together as one complete home.

Upstairs – 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Sleeps 6
Master Bedroom:
King bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, and a ceiling fan. The closet is stocked with hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, and a clothes steamer. Ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and updated vanity. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bathmat, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and makeup wipes are all provided.

Second Bedroom:
Queen bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen smart TV. The closet includes hangers, luggage rack, and extra blankets and pillows. French doors open up to a gorgeous direct ocean view—right from the bed!

Second Bathroom:
Modern walk-in shower and updated vanity. Towels and linens for the sleeper sofa in the living room are also located here.
Please note: beach towels are not provided, so plan to bring your own.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with both a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot (filters included), stainless-steel pots and pans, cooking oil, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dish rags, dish towels, and paper towels. Pretty much everything you need to feel at home.

Living Room:
Comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, leather recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. We provide cable TV, high-speed internet, and a DVD player. The dining table seats 6 and overlooks the ocean through the large bay windows. There’s also a lounge chair and footrest for extra relaxation.

Outdoor Space (Upstairs):
Private deck with direct oceanfront views and a large dining table with seating for six. We provide a Weber charcoal grill (charcoal included), and you'll find beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids. When you're ready to come back up, rinse off in the freshwater shower on the beach deck.

Downstairs – 2 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom / Sleeps 6
Master Bedroom:
Two queen beds with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and closet stocked with hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, and a clothes steamer. A sliding glass door with plantation shutters leads to a peaceful covered patio area—perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a drink at sunset.

Second Bedroom:
Queen bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen smart TV. The closet includes hangers, a luggage rack, and spare pillows. Sliding doors open up to a stunning ocean view from the bed!

Bathroom:
Modern walk-in shower and updated vanity. We supply bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bathmat, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and makeup wipes.
Please remember: beach towels are not provided.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, stainless-steel cookware, cooking oil, and all the cleaning and cooking basics—just like upstairs. There’s also a modern kitchen table with four stools.

Living Room:
Spacious and comfy sofa, recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Enjoy cable TV, high-speed internet, and a DVD player. Large sliding doors with plantation shutters lead out to your own private deck with amazing beach views.

Outdoor Space (Downstairs):
Covered patio with lounge chairs, large dining table, private sun deck, and a grassy area to relax and play. You'll also have access to the beach gear and outdoor shower.

Garage (Shared Space):
Accessed via the spiral staircase, the garage houses the washer and dryer, cleaning supplies, iron & ironing board.

We supply most of the essentials so you can focus on relaxing and making memories. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck at sunrise, reading a book in the breeze, or grilling out after a day at the beach, Flagler Beach House has everything you need for a stress-free coastal stay.

Within 24 hours of booking, guest is required to digitally sign our Rental Agreement, and provide a copy of their driver's license (or state ID) if requested. Within 24 hours of booking, a Security Deposit hold of $550 is required.
