"Apartment was nice, clean and tidy. Useful that you can connect your phone to the TV. Key on the phone took some getting used to. It's not clear on how you get in the building if you arrive when the 1st floor is closed off. "

"Vi hadde et fint opphold i Tromsø. Rommene var bra, men det var dårlig renhold. D3t var mye støv langs gulvlistene, og søpla på badet var ikke tømt. Hyggelig personell og god servise. Som plaster på såret for dårlig renhold fikk vi refundert 1 frokost."

"Sehr schöne Campinganlage mit vielen kleineren und grösseren Cabins. Die Cabins verfügen über eine Kochstelle, Dusche mit WC. sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Zentrum Tromso ist gut zu Fuss oder mit dem ÖV zu erreichen. Zusätzlich kann man vor Ort auf der Campinganlage ein Frühstück dazu buchen . "

"The room was comfortable. The staff was very nice, except the TV in my room was "on" (grey light)..the remote would not work to turn it off, and I could not access the plug. The receptionist tried to fix it, but couldn't then she called the maintenance who never showed up. I asked about it 3 times, but it was never resolved. "Really cool hotel. The breakfast was very good and with a good price (taking into consideration the prices in Norway). Very clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff and the location is really close to the center of the town. The room was a little small, but still more than enough for two people. The bed was comfortable, there was a smart TV which was nice, so we could stream over our own Netflix account."

"We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back. "
