  • Elysium Cottage is new 2 Bedroom cottage on a 65 acre cattle property in Fitzroy Falls. The property overlooks the beautiful Fitzroy Falls Reservoir and is situated in a natural bushland setting and wildlife corridor. There are 2 bedrooms - 1 Queen Bed and the other is a Twin Room. The Cottage has an open-plan Living, Kitchen & Dining Area with wood fire heater. The bathroom is compact, sleek & modern. The cottage also has a verandah as well as private courtyard with bbq facilities. All the living & outdoor areas have views of the lake. Stylishly presented throughout with all the modern conveniences that you would expect for a country getaway. Although the Cottage is positioned 20 metres from the main house, your privacy is assured. Fitzroy Falls is only 15 minutes away from the main town centres of Moss Vale, Robertson & Bowral where you'll find plenty of cafes, pubs & boutique shops. The Morton National Park & the Falls themselves are a just a 5 minute drive from here.

Fabulous stay at Elysium Cottage - the deep down refreshing that we really needed. The setting is idyllic; the grounds are immaculate; and we are so grateful to Noelaine and Allan for being such warm and thoughtful hosts. We fully intend to visit again!

A piece of paradise

This is our second stay at Elysium Cottage and we absolutely love it. It has become our favourite place to stay in the Southern Highlands.Many thanks to our amazing hosts-Noelaine and Allan for their thoughtfulness and kindness.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elysian Cottage. The cottage is very clean, comfortable, modern and peaceful with views across the property to the Fitzroy Reservoir. Our hosts, Noelaine and Allan,kindly provided generous breakfast provisions - in our case Gluten Free - which was much appreciated. The cottage is only a short drive from Moss Vale, and also has easy access to Bowral and several other lovely Southern Highland villages - perfect for a peaceful, relaxing break. The cottage is located on a working farm and the opportunity to hand feed the beautiful black Angus cattle was a special treat - thank you Allan.We would love to return.

Beautiful property

We throughly enjoyed our stay , the cottage was beautiful and very private . noelaine was a fantastic host and all the little touches like fresh eggs and fresh bread /butter was a very nice surprise. We would definitely stay again and it was very close to everything in the area .

Serene Sunsets at a Cozy Cottage

Excellent Hosts, who went above and beyond to make our stay accommodating. Beautiful dogs and cows across from the cottage and close proximity to towns and attractions. Beautiful views and secluded to leave the city life behind for a weekend, Absolutely recommend to all.

We stayed in the property in July 2025. The property was very clean and tidy. The owners provided exceptional service to ensure that we had all what we need during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect tranquil location

Elysium was perfect for our sisters weekend away. Noelaine was so thoughtful with the amenities and even some breakfast was given to us complimentary. We highly recommend this cottage!

So beautiful!

Thanks so much to Noelaine and Alan for their hospitality. The cottage was probably the cleanest accomodation I have ever stayed at, it was immaculate and so beautifully located. We loved our stay. Thank you for also letting us feed the cows :)

Fabulous retreat

A beautiful, excellently appointed cottage set in a stunning location. We enjoyed a family winter retreat here, and loved the log burner fireplace. Beautiful tranquil views and an excellent host keen to make our stay perfect. Thankyou !

We had a lovely stay. Very well equipped and very clean cottage and friendly hosts - kind to our children in facilitating them to play with the family dogs. Thanks Noelaine for accommodating our familiy's food allergies.

Clean and tidy relaxing getaway

The cottage was beatiful and clean. It had everything we needed with a beatiful view, fireplace and easy breakfast. Directions made it easy to find and it was a short trip to bowral. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage, very warm, cosy, new and super clean. Sitting on the verandah in the crisp fresh air with a cup of tea and watching the nature around was a highlight for me. Noelaine is a great host, with good communication and the supply of essential food items and eggs, bacon & bread was very much appreciated. Would stay again.

Peaceful gem

We had an amazing stay at Elysium Cottage and are already planning to return. The cottage is so comfortable with wonderful views. We enjoyed spotting kangaroos and plenty of birds. Absolutely fantastic stay at Elysium! Noelaine was so helpful in providing arrival information and welcoming us when we arrived. Getting to feed the cows was a highlight! The cottage is well appointed, with all the things you need for a comfy stay. Kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment and tools you need to make a meal if you choose which was a huge plus, as our plan was to stay in both nights to enjoy the peacefulness of the region. Would highly recommend a stay at Elysium!
