"The reception staff at check in and departure were fantastic. The young lady who looked after our check out was able to offer us a discount after I listed off the issues with the room.
1. No skirt around the bed base
2. TV did not operate properly it would switch off after a few minutes. Apparently a known issue.
3. Room was not serviced even though extra towels and pillows were delivered. Apparently you need to put out a swing tag to have the room serviced.

"We were pleased to receive an upgrade. The apartment was lovely, well presented, a good size and had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was spoiled by outside noise (not the fault of the apartments) and a sofa that was uncomfortable. I didn't like that there was a small amount of black mold in the grout of the shower. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend these apartments."

"I was in room 319, room was pretty small but it had everything I needed. A few problems though, one was the air conditioning. It was mounted on the wall in front of where you slept so you always had a breeze on you. Another one was the walls are pretty thin, you could hear your neighbours like they were in the room with you. On Saturday night there is a night club close to the hotel and I literally felt like I was in the club myself. It was very very loud and very hard to get some sleep.
