"I loved this property! I received a virtual check in that was thorough and went over all things I needed to know. A brand new nespresso maker with plenty of pod options. A modern shower head! They left chicken feed so I could feed the chickens! The winery was less than a 3 min drive. The property was beautiful! In the morning the chef prepared a delicious 4 course meal in the cozy kitchen located down stairs. They have a beautiful patio right off the kitchen dining room. Overall would love to...

"It's very clean and the aesthetic is nice. It's in an excellent location, and the room was very affordable. The only real issue was the lack of basic hotel amenities. The rooms have a fridge, bed, full bathroom, and a TV, and that's about it. I don't need a microwave, but not having any sort of closet with clothes hangers or an iron was a huge pain when traveling for a wedding. "Stayed here for a UVA tour with my daughter. It was clean, felt new, decent breakfast (included), easy parking - I think it was $15, right outside of the hotel. It would probably be about a 10 min walk to UVA - near Main Street/next to the university. "

"This place was beautiful. We absolutely loved everything until we sat on the bed. This was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. Everything else was wonderful. Great breakfast, clean and smelled amazing, super friendly and helpful staff."

"Good location if visiting Monticello and wine country and easy access to highway. Foyer and room were clean and modern but breakfast was lacking. Seemed like something you would get at a much lower quality hotel. Missing items on buffet. Cut my foot on door leaving hotel room and desk staff only had one antiseptic wipe in their first aid kit. Did not even ask me to complete a report. "

"Location was convenient with a free shuttle to the small downtown area. Star taxi was amazing, on time and extremely friendly. However what made my stay great was the staff. I had problems with my room and they immediately put me in one that was much better. They did everything to accommodate my needs including offering an umbrella when it rained. "
