"Everything was clean, and there was a verity of food for breakfast, it was a quiet room, but the comforter we had did not have cover and when we tried to call the phone was broken. Also the parking was a little expensive. But over all it was a nice visit though."

"The Oakhurst in was definitely not up to my standards BUT the staff tried everything to make things more comfortable. Unfortunately the Inn was working off of a generator and couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. My biggest issue however was the fruit flies. They were everywhere and it really bothered me. Jake - night person in the lobby was my hero after AC shut down for the 3rd time and I decided to leave in the middle of the night."

She didn't tell us (not does the website) that we were being charged $5 every day our vehicle was on the property [even the day you arrive and leave] they charge you a parking fee. It should be $15 we were charged $25!! The rooms could be cleaner. I always clean our room before we get comfortable. But this is a room that needed my attention. Everything else was good. It looks like the entire interior of the hotel has been recently renovated, with new carpeting, fresh paint, updated flooring, comfortable beds, new linens, and modern furniture throughout. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. My only complaint was that I was staying in a room at the back of the hotel, and on the second night my key card stopped working. I had to walk all the way around the building in the dark to the front entrance to have it...
