"We enjoyed our stay here while visiting my sister. The only thing I didn't like was that the host's living quarters are right above the bedroom, so we could hear them moving around at night after we went to bed, so that is something to consider if you like 100% quiet (I knew when we rented that there were shared areas and that the host lived there, but I did not take into consideration that it could mean we might hear them after we went to bed). We were also only given 1 washcloth for our 4...

"My twirling group and their moms traveled to Colorado for a competition. The property was spacious with a lot of room. We appreciated the 4 bathrooms with several teenage girls with us. "

"What a great property! Location could not have been better for my stay--and comms with the host were excellent. Everything was ready and just as advertised--I had everything I needed!! I'm in town once a year to see a series of baseball games--as soon as the 2026 MLB schedule is out, I'll reserve this place again! Highly recommend!!"

"My husband and I stopped here overnight on a long road trip to California, and it was a great spot to rest and refresh. Everything was nice and clean, check-in was easy, no complaints here. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and I especially liked that this was our first glimpse of the mountains after driving for days through the Midwest. "

"Loved our weekend in Denver. Great location. Lots of amenities. Highly recommend. Does not disappoint. "

"House was great. Only cleanliness issues were with several of the pot/pans which appeared to be cleaned via the dishwasher which left them greasy and unclean (and the dishwasher had greasy residue too). The outdoor grill needed cleaning (lots of debris in the bottom). Location was very convenient to downtown but was 1/2 block from railroad tracks. Trains came by at night/early morning and were loud. "

"We just loved this location as we had gathered to attend several graduation ceremonies at Regis University. We all gathered around the nicely designed kitchen island. All in all this rental worked very well for our group of 5 adults."
