"We just needed a place to stay to be close to the airport after being 6-7 hours away. This place was perfect!!!! Very clean, just what was needed for one night, a few nights would have been be nice too! Definitely would recommend, owners gave very clear instructions and let us know that if we needed anything, anything at all, they were there for us. "

"The cabin is small but the lovely large outdoor living area made it feel so much bigger.Great peaceful place!I loved the thoughtfulness that went into putting lots of hooks on the walls for hanging stuff. That goes a long way in small areas!"

"We just wrapped up a long weekend in Colorado and really enjoyed this property as well as the overall experience with our host, Max. The property was well-maintained, very spacious, and conveniently located between Denver and Boulder. The check in process was simple and Max was very detailed and timely with the communication throughout. I’d highly recommend this property as well as Max as a host for anyone heading to the area."

"Great little place to sleep and hit some nearby hikes. Richard was a great host and replied to messages immediately. The space is large and while it is below their house, the space is soundproof and quiet. Modest kitchen, small bathroom large room and comfy bed. We didn’t use the theatre but it looked entertaining. Would stay again at this price. Great stay!"

"My family came to Denver for a wedding and 13 of us stayed at this property. There’s plenty of space to spread out and connect with folks all over. Close to every amenity including restaurants, grocery stores, and other goodies, this property removes most of the common frustrations associated with renting with a big group.The unit was clean, well appointed, and the owner was responsive to any questions. All in all, this offered a great opportunity to connect with loved ones in a great space....

"Everything rates 5 stars. My only suggestion is that while there was a lock on the outside door to enter the property, there was no lock or keyed entry to the door specific to the apartment we stayed. Meaning every time we left the apartment, we had to l;eave the door unlocked."
