It's just a short 500m stroll to the stunning waters of Fingal Bay Beach, with its patrolled swimming in summer and options for surfing, fishing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. Protected areas offer calm waters for young children to splash in, and you can build sandcastles, play beach cricket, or stroll along the gorgeous stretch of coastline. There is also a playground, picnic tables and the boat ramp, plus the surf club, cafe and restaurant – everything you could want for your beachside holiday.

The upper level of this comfortable holiday house features the air-conditioned main living space with kitchen, dining area, lounge with flat screen TV, and the front balcony with outdoor seating – sit out and relax in the peaceful ambiance, as you breathe in that fresh coastal breeze and glimpse the sparkling ocean waters. This level also features 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The 4th bedroom with king bed is downstairs, along with a large rumpus room with table tennis table and a 2nd living area with a bar, plus a 2nd bathroom, laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and a covered entertaining area with an outdoor setting.

The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for you to bring your pet along – dogs only, and must remain outside.
