House was exactly as expected. We had a blast and there was plenty of room for all of us. Host was great and communicated well.

We had a disappointing stay at this property. We tried to make the best of it, but our vacation fell far short of the elite experience we paid for. The day before arrival, the host informed us the main A/C unit was broken (it was not repaired during our visit). Temporary bedroom units and fans helped, but they were loud (and unpleasant), and the main living area remained warm. Previous guests had opened windows so the house was full of bugs when we arrived—mainly flies and some ants. Our group killed over 100 flies during the first two days. The pool and hot tub were dirty at check-in. The pool was cleaned the next day, but the hot tub was not, and it never got more than lukewarm. Additional issues include:1.The house was not clean. There is a picture below where I put my finger on the windowsill to wipe off the dust2.Trash bins completely full upon arrival3.Two auxiliary refrigerators that barely cooled4.Main patio doors broken and taped shutCommunication with the host was mixed—sometimes quick, sometimes unresponsive. We didn’t receive check-in info until the morning of arrival, after two requests. In correspondence with the host after our visit, the host was dismissive of our concerns and indicated the AC issue was “remedied” (the fans and bedroom AC units). But this ignores the fact that we paid for an elite vacation and did not get it. We understand some of the issues were bad luck, but feel this is the owner’s responsibility, not the vacationer.

This is a bug trap that was on the windowsill in the kitchen to give a sense of how many bugs there were.
This is on the same windowsill, other side. I wiped my finger in the dust so it would be easy to see how dirty it was.
This is the broken door connecting the main living area to the patio. This door was inoperable during our entire stay.

This is our second stay here. Overall the furnishings, bedding, and environment is great. It is a beautiful area and easily accommodates a large group. They have improved A/C in the upstairs areas where it was needed.

Wonderful house!!

We had such a wonderful experience at this house! So many activities for all ages and spacious so you can get some privacy if needed. The pool and hot tub were both a huge hit by all guests. The view over the canyon is gorgeous! We all had such a blast we would do it again!

Overall Great time. Only problem was the trash can were full when we got there. Also, the Pool cover did not work. Thank you for letting use enjoy the stay!
