"The outside is in the process of being renovated, but inside was just newly renovated & comfortable. Loft 1 is situated by being tucked away in back away from the crowds & noise of Downtown Alexandria Bay & you can see the St. Lawrence river from the porch and if you walk just a little bit, you can sit on chairs by the river. The location was minutes away from Captain Thompson’s boat tours, restaurants & stores. No need to drive. Barbara NJ "

"The house was large and comfortable for our group of 8 adults and 1 toddler. The deck had a great view of the water and all the boats/ships coming and going. The kitchen was well stocked minus a couple things (no cheese grater/shredder or scissors) and we loved the 2 dishwashers which made cleanup so much easier! "My husband and I stayed at K’s Motel over the weekend for a wedding. It was very clean and the hosts were great at communicating. The AC worked wonderfully, even better than my own at home.
