The cabin provided us a perfect location where we had lots of privacy and a beautiful setting to hang out and enjoy being a family. We fished, took long walks in the national forest, and had campfires. It was perfect. We definitely would love to come back in the future. had c"

"The cabin was very nice and cozy. It was clean and the manager was very friendly. There was plenty of hot water and the view was great. There could have been more spots to hang clothes up in the bedroom. The bed was a queen size which was nice. The Wi-Fi was not good and with cell service being nonexistent it was basically a phone free weekend. I think the owner should invest in a Starlink internet system or something similar. If the Wi-Fi was fixed we would stay again. "

"We had 8 guys spend 3 nights at this property. Cabin is wonderful and has a beautiful large open concept living room and kitchen. The presentation of everything is stunning with great natural light and accent lighting throughout. The couches were comfy, or comfy for 20 something year olds to crash on. There were also reclining options that were appreciated. Perfect house for a group of couples to rent out, maybe a large group of friends if you do not mind cuddling. We were able to see the lake...

"The bathrooms were updated. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of neat decorations. The kitchen was well equipped. The dock was brand new. Had fun using the kayak. We bobber fished off the pier and caught bluegill, sunfish, large mouth, and small mouth bass. No keepers but very enjoyable. We saw eagles 3 times. Also, saw a woodpecker about the size of a raven that was all black with a red head. A hummingbird came up to one of our house guests within 6 feet....

"My husband and I with our two boys (13 and 10) spent memorial Day weekend here and it was perfect! Even being unseasonably cold the kids were outside on the lake constantly. Having the kayaks, paddle boards and boat made our experience perfect. The cabin was cozy and warm and we will come back soon. I.would not sleep 6 people here comfortably but it was the perfect size for us 4. "

"We used the rental as headquarters for daily disc golfing excursions to the local courses. All guests had ample room. Operating light switches for common spaces was not intuitive. Also the lower patio door would not open from the inside. The front door locking mechanism was cumbersome with a 10digit code needed each time to open. On-site grill was not gas as the listing stated."

"Wonderful property- cozy with an amazing screened in porch. Cabin is well furnished and very clean. The kayaks were perfect for exploring the river and Amber Lake. Highly recommend!"
