"We stayed overnight on a Friday and there must have been a party in the area. Lots of noise in the hotel. The walls are very thin and the slamming doors did not help. The hotel itself is very nice."

"We visited on March 13, 2026. We were driving through from Ottawa to Myrtle beach so our stay was short, 10pm until 5:30am. The blankets are very thin, I froze all night. The hvac system is very loud, kept me up most of the night. The bathroom had a bug in it and wasn’t super clean. The front desk told me there was a gym on the 2nd floor but walked the entire floor and no gym was found. Not the best "

"Asked for a quiet room and had a room on the back of the property that was fairly quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. Only criticism was the free breakfast. Coffee machine was not working and no hot food. I'd stay here again for the price."

"Conveniently located relative to the airport-just 10 minutes away. When I called for the airport shuttle, the receptionist informed us it would pick us up in a few minutes. It arrived after 30 minutes. The driver was helpful but we were frustrated by the expectation not being accurately set by the receptionist. The bathroom had unsightly water damage to the doors and a damp and musty smell."

"I have stayed at Landsdowne many years, typically for girls spa weekends or overnight stay while I’m in town. The Spa Experience is always phenomenal. The staff is friendly all around. I continue to enjoy my stays!"

"The Breakfast was better than most Marriott’s . The extra ingredients they had for oatmeal, waffles etc were great and the selection of Oat and Almond Milk was fine. All the Staff including the front desk could not be more accommodating. I will definitely be staying at this property every time I visit this area for business . "

"The hotel has 3 guest elevators and 1 service elevator designated for staff only. During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. This information was not communicated prior to check-in. Waiting up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this size. To make matters worse, the one remaining guest elevator eventually became...

"The rooms here are always clean and the breakfast is always great. The staff at is very friendly and efficient. This is a very well managed hotel. My only complaint is that I wish there was a tip jar for the breakfast staff - they deserve a little bump for the well stocked, neat and clean breakfast bar. "

"If you arrive late, be aware you'll need to ring the bell and wait for someone to let you in. Key cards are required for entry to the building even through the front lobby. We waited several minutes for someone to arrive."

"Last minute booking from the airport at 11 pm. Even tho the hotel shuttle stopped running at 10 pm I just ordered an uber, upon arrival check in was very easy and fast. I asked for late check out and they extended for an hour, forever grateful for that. The lady in the front in the morning was very nice and helpful."
