"Great service and front desk staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious, Lots of food choices nearby, 1 tip would be not to be in a room facing the food restaurants, We stayed facing this way and over a weekend we had the local youngsters driving the cars at high speed, loud music blasting using the horn and doing wheel spins and donuts until 3am. So avoid staying in a room this side of the hotel. Maybe weekdays are quieter. But the hotel it’s self was great and would stay...

"This 500 year old pub is an absolute delight. Perfectly adapted to modern needs. I can’t remember a hotel stay where the staff were friendlier or more helpful. The accommodation, in the modernised stable block, is perfect for a comfortable stay, and both our evening meal and breakfast were of the highest quality. Strongly recommended."

"Stayed here while going to a friends wedding in the local area. Created to really friendly staff and check in was a breeze. The room was compact but had everything we needed, comfy bed and even a little hamper with slippers, teas coffee and milk. Hotel is above a pub though there’s a separate entrance so coming and going was easy. Would recommend if you’re near by."

"The property was lovely and full of character The common areas where very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The young man who dealt with us could not have done more to make us feel welcome. "My stay was lovely, the staff even let us check in early as the room was ready as we had a brunch. Everything was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and the hotel was lovely with a bar and outdoor area. Ordered a pizza from the bar and that was really nice. I would recommend a stay here and no doubt I will be returning."
