"Good value. Comfortable. Helpful staff made us very welcome. Good food and reasonably priced. 30 mins walk to beach and also an excellent bus service from and to the hotel. Would stay again. "

"We loved the FerryHill Hotel. The check in was easy and the room clean and quiet with plenty of space. Breakfast was included the next day and we ate dinner at the restaurant as well. The service and care from check in to our meals to check out was kind and caring. You are able to park in the lot at the hotel for free and the walk to your room is short. Between the hospitality and the wonderful room, this is a must stay in Aberdeen. "

"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "

"During our recent stay, the ibis hotel where we had a reservation was actually overbooked, however the reception team were spectacular. They had already booked us a new room at another property, the Park Inn by Radisson, which wasn't too far away. They arranged for a taxi to take us over almost immediately and provided us with a complimentary breakfast the following morning. We are very grateful for the time, care and consideration the staff took to compensate us for the oversight on the booking...

"This was an impromptu stay as we had a power cut and needed to have guaranteed access to wifi in the morning. The room was a suite with kitchen facilities (hob, sink, microwave and fridge) and was very well equipped. As I'd booked on the drive there at 9pm the sofabed wasn't made up when we checked in, but housekeeping arrived at the door within seconds of us reaching the room and made the bed up quickly. "The room is totally updated and huge. We had to use an oscillating fan to sleep because these old, historic hotels don’t have the infrastructure for air handling and the duvet/no separate top sheet made it warm. Gorgeous room. "

"This is a really nice hotel - very well-laid out with good parking and access. Within the lobby area are various games and activities which help to occupy younger guests. The staff are very friendly and supportive and overall the atmosphere is great. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and very tidy. We had an issue with disturbance from another guest’s room which, once flagged, was fairly dealt with by the hotel team.
