"Was my first time using a property of this type. It took me a minute or two to figure out the access, but it was fairly obvious once I figured it out. The house was clean and in a great location to access the beach and a short run from other local features. They included almost every amenity you could imagine for a beach getaway."

"We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and all the necessities were provided. We grilled dinner 2 nights during our stay and had all the small appliances needed in the kitchen. We played corn hole in the evening and played cards at the picnic table. Other than a few dusty light fixtures and a couple dirty dishes, we were very pleased with our stay and will rent again! "

"It’s difficult to list all the positives of this property. There was more than enough space for 18 of us (8 adults, 6 teens, 4 kids). The proximity to the sound and the ocean was great. "Beautiful home in a quiet area on Pensacola Beach. The beach access is directly across the street which meant we could easily come and go from the property to the beach each day. The bedrooms were generous in size, clean and well appointed with everything you need for a fabulous and comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to book for parties of 10-14 people and the pics really don’t do it justice….its quite spacious. Plenty of parking and nice neighborhood to take casual walks. Would 100% stay...
