"This farm cottage is a great find. Beautiful setting on a farm with convenient access to Smith Mountain Lake and other areas. The cottage is updated with all the amenities a traveler needs. Very nicely decorated and super clean. Hot tub and fire pit ready to go. "

"We were traveling into the area to attend the Virginia Tech commencement ceremonies. This was a fantastic find. Close enough to attend the events, but far enough to avoid the congestion in Blacksburg during this busy time of the year. When our usual dog sitter was unavailable, this allowed us to bring them along with us and they settled right in as well. We loved everything about the location and would highly recommend it to anyone considering traveling to the area. "

"Had a really great stay at Homestead. Easy to find and in a great location to do lots of outdoor activities! Very clean and stocked with everything you need, can’t wait to stay here again!!"

"Exactly what we had expected. Somewhat familiar with the area. We enjoyed the open area adjacent to the kitchen. Only issue we encountered was that is only one towel and it was late so we made do. Thanks for having us we really enjoy places like this. "

"Giggling Creek Cottage is exactly what you see and read. Directions for arrival were on point and the cottage and property is very well lit in this beautiful rural area. Our check in and all communication was seem less with zero issues. This home away from home had everything you needed and could want and made our stay that much better. The property was so nice and we did take a hike through the woods and pasture and enjoyed the perfect weather we had. So if you’re looking for a private piece...
