"We had an amazing time and loved this place! It is just as described and the owner was incredibly helpful. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is great! We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds in the morning and using the karaoke machine at night! We had a great time hanging out by the river, as well as in the spa. Everything was great!"

"Do not recommend. Host was entirely MIA and never provided check in information. Do they even own this property? I spent hundreds on food that went to waste when this was canceled due to the host’s lack of communication to me and vrbo staff."

"We have family in the Tylertown area and usually stay at their place when we come for a visit. This time we decided to rent a place for the two nights and found Colbys River Retreat. Jolla was an awesome host. Greeted us to show us the functuins in the rv and gave us a bag of fresh picked blueberries. She was incredibly nice the rv was clean and had eerything you woukd need. Price was great. There arent any hotels in Tylertiwn area. The river with its great sand bars and tubing is awesome. If...

"Right on the river. Good wi-fi. Nice kitchen. There were only two of us, but you could sleep a large group.Nice yard area for the kids to run.There is one bedroom downstairs. The rest are upstairs.There's a covered porch and the area under the home to lounge in if it rains.Nice and clean.We would go back."

"We had an amazing time at this cozy cabin on the river. This cabin is perfect for 2 (and a water-loving dog) and has everything you need. We enjoyed hanging out in the river all day and relaxing on the porch at night listening to nature. We had the best weekend and can’t wait to go back! "Overall this was a very good stay, but I was slightly bamboozled by the amenities. It was listed on the amenities that there would be a Smart TV included in the home. I assumed that there would be WiFi in the home because why have a Smart TV listed and there’s no WiFi to operate it. Now, she did mention that they were working on getting WiFi for the house so don’t take my review for future references. This is solely based off of my personal experience. "I enjoyed my stay at the house. The house was decorated very nice and very roomy the beds was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. I will tell all my family and friends about this Rental. I would stay here again. Michelle was very nice."
