I hate musky smells and maybe that’s why I am super sensitive to it. But, the entire place was very clean and my towels were changed daily. I will definitely go back and stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Very centrally located, could walk to so much. The staff was awesome and so helpful and friendly, and loved our dinner recommendations. The walking tour they offer was also very interesting and learned a lot on that as well. The staff was also very helpful with organizing rides, and tourist tips, as well as plans for enjoying the local festivals and World Cup events. Would definitely recommend this property and their wonderful staff."

"Our experience was amazing from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out. The attention to detail is like no other. All amenities are provided and then some. 5 star treatment! Housekeeping and Butler service 24/7. We were treated like family, staff knowing and greeting us by name and warm smiles. We have travelled a lot and this hotel will be hard to top!!! This hotel is a class act!!!"

"We had so much room for our family's stay. It was fantastic! Front desk reception was really helpful, and the breakfast service was wonderful. You don't have to go down for breakfast. They just bring it to the room. The only complaint is the noise at night due to the location close to the night club district. There were loud vehicles blaring music and loud partiers on the streets outside at night. Otherwise, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The staff were always pleasant. They focus all of their attention on one group or on one customer at a time. Location was perfect. Remember to anyone interested in this place you get warm bread and pastries at your door knob in the morning. You have to make your own coffee and eggs, which was nice for me. The guys who work over night are amazing. We chatted when there were no customers. We watched one of the World Cup games which we really really wanted. We really felt welcomed."

The room was very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great selection and was the perfect way to start each day. "First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival...
