"Initial impression upon entering the property is very positive, pleasing to the eye. The view of the Ohio is very satisfying. A generous kitchen and great room make the stay so enjoyable. "The owner Doug was really nice and accommodating for us! We were on our motorcycle and were able to park it in the garage attached to the cabin making everything close and comfortable! He warned me about the deep gravel to make sure I knew about it before riding through it to the garage so that I was prepared because it does make riding a little more difficult but all was well and we had a great weekend! The concert we saw at Lincoln Amphitheater was only about 10 miles away so it was a short...

"It was very clean and in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. Just wanted to get away from the city and work stress and this was a great place to do so. "

"Cannot say enough great things about our stay. This was our 4th booking with our host Charlie at the A-Frame. It is the best cabin around the Patoka Lake area. Words like quit, nature, private, and beautiful inside and out come to mind. Very comfortable for two couples. And plenty of room for a family. There is even parking for your boat. it is only a 10 minute drive to a marina, state park, brewery, distillery, and winery with only a 3 minute drive to the closest boat ramp. Don't miss...

"This house was perfect for our group! The first floor master suite was perfect for the couple who has trouble with stairs, the lower level was nice for another couple who like sports.The upstairs bedrooms/baths were very comfy and the home is stunning. It was a bit of a drive to French Lick, but the layout and amenities of the house made it well worth the drive. Well Done Courtney!"

"One of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at. So clean & accomidating. The pond was super fun to fish in, the hottub was super clean and the property was very well maintained even to the landscaping outside. The swings by the fire pit & the neighboring cows were a hoot! I had some worries with reading other reviews about the train, but honestly it was a cool experience to watch them come by and the kids loved it too. We are already looking at dates to come stay again because it was such a wonderful...
