"While it was a cold and damp memorial day weekend the home was nice and cozy. The house offers amazing views of the river and it was so relaxing. The property was extremely private which was exactly what we were looking for. We had a mishap while cooking at the house and Bob and Amy were very understanding that accidents sometimes happens. "

"I’m giving this property and stay 5 stars as this host provided us with a place to stay during graduation weekend that is so convenient to campus (and was around the corner from my sons apartment ) for a respectable price. The unit has a kitchen, small dining space and enough room for ourselves and daughter to sleep. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"I want to start by saying we gave feedback to the owner and he was receptive. When we checked in the place was not fully cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty. The one good fry pan had baked on food, floors were dirty. The place itself is nice and is still being worked on. Comfortable living area. Rustic. Lovely views from 2nd floor. There is no paved driveway, so if it is raining there is mud. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels/linens. Very close to Bainbridge and convenient for the Clinton...

"We did not end of staying at this location. The place was dirty, smelly, cob webs, bathroom had dirty mats, hair on lots of things and the mirror looked like someone spit at it. The kitchen has 1/4 red onion in fridge, cups on window, etc. Nothing like the picture or reviews. The host did refund money quickly and communicated well. "
