"I’ve always enjoyed coming back home for major holidays. I love to stay at the chalet’s but however, the mattresses on the beds are horrible. They’re very hard. They’re uncomfortable upon arriving getting ready to take my shower. I didn’t have any hot water so I had to call maintenance to come in like the hot water heater. I think it can be a little cleaned especially sanitize more due to a lot of Cleaner and things are still going around,etc as of viruses and germs. "

"We were just there for a quick stop over, but could not use the shower due to build up in the drain that wouldn’t allow water to drain, and sent black gunk swirling when we turned on the water. There were also bugs, but dead and alive, in the living room. It has potential, but seems to need a new cleaning service!"

"The house was beautiful but it could have been clean better. The bedding had hair on all the sheets. One of the restrooms was dirty and no cleaning supplies to clean. Had to was all the bedding. We checked in late so didn't inform Host until later. Over all the house is lovely. "
