Needs work

The floors were not level. Felt like I was going downhill just walking in the unit. It gave me vertigo. This issue should be in description of property. The furnace wall units were clanging and banging all night long.

Mainly I got this property because it is close to my daughter. It was quiet, I didn't hear the downstairs neighbor. Decorated well. A pleasant stay.

Perfect

We stayed for a little over two weeks when we came up for our daughter’s wedding. It was. Perfect for our needs. This is a great location and the communication was top notch. We would highly recommend it and will stay again the next time we are back in Michigan.

Sweet, comfortable place

Lovely home. Warm, inviting, and clean. Check in was easy as was check out. Host communicated quickly and kept us in the loop of what was expected and even that there would be workers in the yard. My only suggestion is extra blankets. Other than that, EVERYTHING was supplied.

Not Great Value for Money

Pros: a lot of effort went into decorating the place to give it a nice theme. I could bring my dog. The backyard is partially fenced and spacious. Downtown Fenton is super cute and a short walk away. Negatives: the place is very drafty and the heating vent is centrally located so you can’t close bedroom doors or those rooms become very cold. The heating unit bangs when it turns on and the house makes noises as the temperature changes. This kept us up part of the night. The neighbors downstairs were very loudly swearing at each other during our visit and their three dogs barked frequently. Our dog was an anxious mess from all of the loud noises. The cleaning fees are quite high considering the size of the property and the expectation that we hand wash all of our dishes and start the laundry. The value for money on the place is not great.
