"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. There are beautiful views of the national wildlife refuge, and sunsets over it, from the back deck. Then a one minute walk over to the beach for the sunrises over the bay. The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definately love to rent this home again, when we take another vacation down to Deleware!"

"The property has some quirks and could use some updating. Ultimately it served are needs and there were all sorts of great things on site like kayaks. The view is what makes the property. There is nothing like watching the sun rise over the beach with your coffee. We had a great time and would recommend this place for a getaway. "

"We arrived after dark, the entrance from the toad was lit and the house numbers large and easy to see. The entrance is off to the side, semi-private, with parking. The rental is clean and well lit with few amenities. but everything you could need is close by. Would recommend. 8/9"

"I was skeptical because I had to bring my own linens, but the quality of the beds and pillows more than made up for bringing my own linens. Very comfortable house. Loved, loved, loved showering in the outside showers, even though I didn’t go I to the ocean. The color through the house was calming. I look forward to another stay in the future."

"This was our second stay at the house and again it was great. Our two dogs enjoyed long walks on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable, beds were very comfy. Delaware Bay view from the living room and deck was beautiful. We'll be back next year!"

I appreciated that it was all on one level, with a wraparound deck having gates to keep our dogs safe while outside. It is beach front, a view of the water from the deck and a short walk over the dune to the water. The area is quiet and the traffic on the road travels at an appropriate speed. "My kids and I absolutely loved our stay at the Outlook! So peaceful and relaxing. We spent a lot of time walking around the trails spotting deer and toads. We did a good amount of fishing on the dock, catching catfish. I hope to stay here again in the future."
