"Booked a last minute getaway with the family decided to spend the extra money to be on the water and I am so glad we did. The property feels like home and has a great layout for traveling with kids. The views and private beach access make it the place to go with kids. No crowds to deal with just family fun. The one draw back is that because it’s so private getting to anything is a 20min drive. "This house was an excellent getaway after spending long days at Sports at the Beach. It was quiet and relaxing and even my 11 year old said he enjoyed it. The house is clean, comfortable and well maintained. My 6 year old loved to see the deer and babies in the yard. "Such a fantastic stay! We have stayed in Primehook and Broadkill for several year now and this is one of our favorite properties! It is clean, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and seconds from the beach! We loved spending time on the deck enjoying the view. The host was very responsive without being intrusive and we were so pleased with our stay we will be booking again!"

"I booked this property due to the close proximity to my son’s tournament. It turned out to be so much more than a convenient location! It is an absolutely beautiful home and property, full of nature. It is so much bigger than it appears and is immaculately clean. The beach is less than a minute walk across the street and is perfect for long walks. "There was a bit if confusion out the gate as a Real Estate company handles the booking, not VRBO but once that was figured out it was smooth. Good: Amazing views. Spent much of the stay staring out the windows. Kitchen was well equipped. House is clean and well maintained. Easy beach access. Bay is relatively warm and very calm.Things to note: If you have older adults with you or toddlers, theres a ton of steps. The second king bed is in what is essentially a finished garage on the ground floor....
