Hallway carpet was torn up where there had been an apparent ice machine leak and smelled very musty with a heavy odor of disinfectant. After the first two uses, the coded room key-card didn't work and the lady at the front desk said she would let us in, but to get a new key we had to wait until that afternoon when her brother came in. "My family has stayed here multiple times and this time we were a bit disappointed. The pool needed cleaned. the bottom was brown colored, the hot tub was broken and we asked for an extra blanket and was told the hotel only had 1 extra blanket and didn’t carry any extra pillows. Staff was wonderful as usual Like i said this was my first not so wonderful review out of my last 4 stays there"

"Did not feel safe at all as it looks like a drug lord rent by the hour establishment. Grass overgrown, no breakfast even though it says they do. We checked in and went to the room, opened the door, closed the door and checked out. That was the first time I have ever done that which shows what a dump it is"

"Room was very outdated lighting in the bathroom is horrible,no vent in bathroom to suck the steam out when ur getting a shower, floors in the whole room felt dirty like they wasn't mopped , mattress was very hard"
