"The staff was wildly accommodating and kind. We arrived after 1pm and young lady behind the desk welcomed us with a smile, warm cookies and a bag of waters (to beat the heat). Since we were arriving so late, it was challenging to book the room for the correct check in time. She helped us and even allowed for a super late check out. Couldn’t be more pleased."

"This is an excellent place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good as well. I would stay here again for sure. Many restaurants nearby too."

"The bed was new and clean. Also the inexpensive fee for the dog was nice. There was plenty of parking. Everything else was outdated and/or dirty. There was an old smoke smell too. We stopped for a place to sleep on a road trip and it got the job done but we probably won’t be back."

"1) When we checked in we found an empty wine bottle in the clothes closet. 2) We had a 3 night stay. Our beds were not made after the first night. We requested that they be made every day . The beds were made the 2nd day & on the the 3rd day 1 bed was made the other was left unmade. 3) The toilet seat was very rickety. I weight 127 lbs & every time i sat on the seat it was off center & rocking 4)The pool water was so chlorinated that it was hard to breath in the enclosed pool area 5)...

"For one, there was stains all around the comforter. Secondly we couldn’t even use the tv because the volume was stuck on full blast even went we turned it down to 0. Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. Lastly we had the cleaning lady trying to enter our room 20 minutes before our check out time. Terrible and uncomfortable stay. I...

"The bathroom was very rundown. There were mildew stains on the old tile, black mold on the wallpaper and someone else’s hair accessories on the side of the bathtub. I reported this to the employee at the front desk who responded that she would “let them know”."
