Modern and new rural house with stunning views. Sun and relax

S'Hort is a rural house finished building in May 2017, located in es Carritxó, village of the municipality of Felanitx. It is located 50 minutes from the airport by car, 5 minutes from Felanitx, 10 minutes from s'Horta and 15 minutes from Cala D'or, Portocolom, Santanyí and Campos, and 20 minutes from Manacor. It is very well connected to the coves of the east of Mallorca and the natural park of Mondragó. It has a privileged location, since it is an idyllic and quiet area. It is located in a valley with great views of the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador and the castle of Santueri. Its location invites you to make excursions on foot or by bicycle. We also find leisure areas close to the house, such as Menut where you can ride horses or Vall D'Or golf. The house is on a plot with many typical Mallorca trees such as almond and carob trees, as well as fruit trees. Near the area we can find typical architectural elements of Mallorca related to the use of water to be located near a torrent, ferris wheels, wells, ponds, fountains ... Its tranquility contrasts with the proximity to supermarkets, beaches, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops, etc.
Although from the outside it looks like a typical Mallorcan house and well integrated into the surroundings, inside we find a modern, spacious, functional and very bright house. The house has air conditioning. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet as well as a very spacious and bright living room. On the ground floor we also find a modern fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, with washer and dryer, and a garage. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite, one with a bathtub and the other with a large shower, a terrace with spectacular views and a library study, with Internet connection.
At the rear of the house we find a pool 12.5 long by 4 wide, with a large lawn and two solarium areas around it. The terrace is equipped with adequate furniture and with barbecue.
In the front there is a wide esplanade where you can park the vehicles.
The price includes a weekly cleaning service, which includes change of sheets and towels in addition to the maintenance and cleaning of the pool, garden and terraces.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben vom ersten Moment Urlaub gehabt. Haus, Betreuung durch die Gastgeber 1a. Ein wenig verbesserungsbedürftig haben wir die Ausstattung der ansonsten großartigen Küche empfunden. Wir haben Schneidbretter, Schalen und Servierplatten vermisst, ein Tablett haben wir auch nicht vorgefunden. Ja, Nörgeln auf hohem Niveau, aber vielleicht eine Anregung zum Nachbessern. Insgesamt aber eine deutliche Empfehlung.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem super schönen modernen Haus, das keinen Wunsch offen ließ. Die Besitzer sind zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und stehen bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Sehr zu empfehlen wer einen ruhigen Urlaub möchte, allerdings ist msn ohne Auto aufgeschmissen!

Toller Aufenthalt in super Haus

Das Haus besticht mit einer ruhigen, entspannenden Lage und bietet (fast) alles für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Raumaufteilung, Konzept, Bäder, Betten, Küche, Pool, Terasse usw. Verdienen die volle Punktzahl. Die Geschwindigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vom Eigentümer noch einen Punkt mehr. Echt toll. Wir haben 2 Punkte zu bemängeln. Das Küchenequipment wie Pfannen und Messer sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das ist tw. Übel ramponiert. Größter Kritikpunkt waren allerdings die Terassenmöbel ausser den Liegen. Die Holzmöbel waren allesamt furchtbar unbequem und luden nicht wirklich zum entspannen ein. Das war schade, Joan wird sich vermutlich darum kümmern. Ansonsten alles Top. Für uns (5 Personen) war das Haus etwas zu gross aber ansonsten jederzeit wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Baby im Haus von Marga und Joan verbracht und es war einfach toll! Das Haus ist super geräumig, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Der Pool war traumhaft! Mit dem Auto kann man wunderbar in 15 - 30 Minuten die kleinen Buchten in der Gegend entdecken! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolles Objekt für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir waren mit 7 Gästen im Alter von 4 bis 42 in diesem schönen Haus und es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Joan hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sich super um alles gekümmert. Alles war rundum perfekt und wir haben vor allem den großen Pool sehr genossen.

Traumhafte Finca

Die Finca liegt traumhaft etwas außerhalb Felanitx in ruhiger abgeschiedener Lage. Zur Stadt sowie zu den wunderbaren Stränden ist der Weg mit dem Auto gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Finca selbst macht einen sehr gepflegten und gut durchdachten Eindruck. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind gut verteilt. Die Terrasse ist angelegt dass man sie fast den ganzen Tag nutzen kann. Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe so dass er gut genutzt werden konnte. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben sich sehr auf uns eingestellt. Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!!

Wir haben zu fünft eine wunderschöne Zeit im Rahmen unseres Sommerurlaubes in diesem tollen, sehr gepflegten Haus verbracht. Es liegt sehr ruhig, bietet viel Privatsphäre und entspricht der Beschreibung. Auch der Garten und der Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer war ganz toll, nie aufdringlich oder störend. Um es kurz zu machen: Wir haben das Haus gleich wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht! Nochmals vielen Dank.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Schön gelegenes, luxuriöses Haus im Süd- Osten der Insel! Ausstattung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und Bädern sehr gut! Die Terrasse ist überdacht , aber leider kein Schutz gegen Regen! Die Küche ist gut, die Ausstattung könnte etwas hochwertiger sein!

Stunning Finca with beautiful view

We spent one week at the beautiful finca of Margalida & Joan with in total 7 people (parents, two couples and a little child), and really enjoyed it! The house is pretty new, everything you need is there (even a trampoline for the childs), Margalida and Joan are so lovely and helpful hosts but what we enjoyed the most is the silence. You only hear the nature. You have the feeling there is nothing around you. No tourism, no neighbors. You can fully enjoy the beautiful view, the beautiful house and the wonderful pool. The town Felanitx is less then 10 minutes away where you find supermarkets, etc. Palma airport takes you about 35 minutes so also easy to reach. There are may just a hand full of such places to stay. We will come back!

Traumhafte Finca in Top Lage

Tolle Finca mit riesigen Pool. Alles sehr sauber. Zu den Stränden in Cala d Or sind es ca. 15 min. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und löst kleine Probleme sofort. Die Finca würden wir sofort wieder nehmen 👍👍

Absolutely perfect

We had an amazing time at Marga and Joan’s property. The photos are accurate and the views are amazing from every window. The bedrooms are spacious and there’s lots of room for our big party of 8. Joan was excellent to communicate with. He very quickly responded to any questions or issues we had. The bins were emptied for us regularly and the house was cleaned half way through our two week stay which was much appreciated. The pool gets the sun all day and it’s a great place to star gaze. Feels secure due to the gates. Good air conditioning for the night time but we found the house to be cool without it. We look forward to returning in the future!

Großzügige Finca

Das Objekt ist genau so, wie beschrieben, die Vermieter kümmern sich um alles & sind sehr zuvorkommend - morgens hat man ein wenig die Straße (ca. 150m entfernt) gehört, aber nie wirklich störend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt & den Aufenthalt & viele Stunden im Pool genossen
