"The house was very cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was difficult to find the driveway, but the host Wendy gave us excellent directions. Walkable to all the restaurants and a short drive to the visitor's center for New River Gorge National Park. There is another visitor center about 45 minutes away, but it was not a bad drive. Would definitely stay again."

"This was a great location for a trip to a beautiful National Park. It’s just 5 minutes from the main visitor’s center and New River Bridge and 10 minutes from downtown Fayetteville. The cottage is kept immaculately clean and located on a quiet gravel street. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook and is equipped with everything I needed to make dinner for 5. The owner stocked the fire pit with sticks and firewood. I forgot to pack a lighter and couldn’t find one on site. I contacted the owner....

"We were there for weekend trip . Place was very clean and all the necessary items were available. We had a great time with bbq in the backyard. There is community park close by kids had lots of fun there."

"This home was just perfect for leisurely family time. The master suite is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Both bathrooms were newly remodeled and the rain shower heavenly. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils and most importantly a Keurig coffee maker. Each room had a television. The pool and deck area is stellar with beautiful views of West Virginia glory. Our host was prompt and responsive to all my questions and concerns. "

"This was a fine property but important touches of hospitality and communication were missing. To not have a single trashcan liner in the kitchen or a single dish towel was awkward and could be so easy for you to provide. Instructions for the hot tub would have allowed us to use it on our first day. The promise of fresh towels was nice but they were not available. I would have liked to have known laundry was in a different property before booking. "

"Great place to stay for our family of 4. The kids each had their own bedroom, and we had 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed our time in Fayetteville. There are great hikes, waterfalls and the Bridge Walk was amazing. It was worth the drive to Sandstone Falls. My family loved Halo the cat which is very friendly."
