"The property transports you back to the 1920’s as soon as you step in the door. Jill is an excellent host and never let us want for anything. It was fun feeding Dexter and the kitty’s snacks each day. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit back east. Looking out at fields with trees and green grass was a welcome change from our home in Arizona."

"The property was well situated.It needed a thorough clean throughout. Certain furniture was in such a poor state that the owner decided to replace it. The bathroom was unclean. Water was slow to drain from the bath because the plug hole was blocked through dirt & debris ( photo available) . Several lightbulbs needed replacing but the owners did not come at the time agreed to replace them. The property was not presented for a long stay, no kitchen towels, no spare bedding etc. kitchen utensils,...

"Honestly, we will absolutely be staying here again. The host was honest about the property listing. You are close to train tracks, like extremely close. However, we expected disruptions due to the listing so that wasn't a problem. The portable AC in the living room was really loud, so we had to turn the volume up loud on the TV and felt like we were being rude to our neighbor, but we couldn't hear the TV otherwise. Great stay/location at a great price. Water pressure in the shower was...
