Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if our company is responsible for payment collection.

Our stay was excellent. Communication with property management was top notch. The house is located a short walk from all the nightlife on Dixon Street. And all the shopping and restaurants in the Square. We were greeted with snacks and beverages. There is a superb restaurant down the street that has mini vegan and plant-based option. Arsaga mill district. There is also a superb Thai restaurant on the square. And a great vegan burger at Farrels. The house was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed. Even some essentials that we forgot. There was always parking available in front of the house and the garage was great for parking.

Moms weekend!! We planned a mother daughter trip for the weekend. Our 4 daughters are freshman at Arkansas and we wanted to fit in some mother-daughter time before finals and the holidays. We absolutely loved your beautiful home! Location was perfect. Beds were so comfortable. We had a fabulous stay!

There is a solid difference between a place to stay and a place you feel good staying at. This is that place! The small things that are so thought out providing a sense of comfort. We had a great experience. The place was clean, beautiful and well appointed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. We even got snacks! The owners were available during our stay, via text, to answer any questions. Everyone had a restful night in comfortable beds and cozy bedroom. The location was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely stay when we come Back to visit our daughter.

Our experience with this VRBO was one of the best we have ever had! The property was in a fabulous location and was very clean. Check in/check out was a piece of cake! One of my favorite things about this property was that is was so well stocked with essential items. I loved that I didn’t have to immediately go to the grocery store when I arrived in town! All the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap/TP and the kitchen had paper towels/trash bags/ laundry and dish soap...even coffee and snacks! Made for an easy weekend! Also, the beds were so comfy! Such a treat in a home away from home!! We will be back for sure!
