This two story home is located near the heart of Downtown Fayetteville's entertainment district. Not only are we steps from the bike trail, but also minutes away from the University of Arkansas, restaurants, craft brew pubs, food trucks, farmers' market, shopping, live music, more! You cannot pick a better place to wander and enjoy our community!

A code will be provided to access the front door. You will be assigned a parking spot directly in front of the unit. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above.

There is a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night.

As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if our company is responsible for payment collection.

We do our best to stock the property with everything that you may need to have a memorable stay. However, if anything comes up during your trip, please let us know.

I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was comfortable. The space was clean and decorated well. I felt very comfortable and safe. The space is perfect for one or two people. It was mostly quiet with the occasional train passing by at night. The location was central to everywhere I needed to be. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved out two-night stay at this property. It is in an absolutely perfect location if you like to walk! We were able to walk to everything we were interested in. The place is tiny but was perfect for the two of us. Our only issue was that it was not ready for us to check in at 4, so it forced us to adjust our plans. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our weekend at this lovely apartment. It was close enough to walk to the stadium and just as close to walk to Dickson on the lovely trail. The kids loved the hammock in the loft. It was so nice to have donuts provided for breakfast the next morning and a nice bottle of wine to sip on after unpacking. We have already booked this amazing place again for November when we will come back to cheer for the Hogs!
