Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if our company is responsible for payment collection.

Great Little Place

I stayed here for my niece's UofArk move in and rush. The house is about a 10-15 min drive to the University. Some parts of the neighborhood are run down but over all it was a cute modest neighborhood and it was very quiet and safe. The house itself was so clean, cute and so comfy and really did had everything we needed and I did fully cook several times during our stay. I also did laundry and had two college freshman girls staying with me off and on to shower and rest - which it was perfect for. The yard could use a some TLC but, it was so nice to have a little yard. Driveway fit 2 cars easily and you can park in the one car garage with ease. Went to one of the restaurants listed in the welcome packet and it was great. I would absolutely stay in this place again while visiting Fayetteville, it really did have everything we needed!

Great location

Rented many places in Fayetteville through out the years and this is by far the best place. Right off College Ave and close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood and has a double driveway.

Cute Little House - Close Proximity to UofA!

Stayed here with our 16-yr old daughter for a college visit to UofA. The neighborhood was very quiet and very convenient to the campus. Nice, clean house with very comfortable beds! Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great Place, Great set up!

Loved this place. Great set up!! Very clean and organized. Tons of room and loved having a garage to park In at night!! The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this one to anyone!!!

Cute house

The house was nice and was well stocked with everything our family needed for cooking and cleaning. Lots of extra toiletries available if we forgot anything. Close to Target, Walmart, food, grocery stores and the University. Definitely would recommend.

Another adorable property by NW Stays

This is my second property that I've stayed in under this same owner/company. The decor is so refreshing and updated. The essentials are provided, including black washcloths for makeup removal, a coffee station and a bottle of wine upon arrival.
