The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.

Kitchen & Dining:
• Bright, fully equipped kitchen with full-sized appliances.
• In-unit washer and dryer.
• Eat-in dining area.
• Direct access to a private, shaded back deck-your own quiet outdoor space.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
• Primary Bedroom: Features a queen-sized bed, Jack & Jill huge closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with
a walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: Includes a comfortable queen-sized bed and a modest sized closet.
• Both bathrooms are stocked with complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and makeup remover wipes. One set of fresh linens is provided for each guest.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home minus one locked closet. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.
The Neighborhood:
This home's location is all about efficiency! Located off North Ramsey Street among many shops and restaurants, if you have business on Ft. Bragg, you can hop on the 295 bypass and reach three different access points in minutes and if you are here for pleasure, you can reach The Historic Downtown area in about 10 minutes. This neighborhood is near a larger, multistory apartment complex. Methodist University is within walking distance and many students walk to campus.
Getting Around:
While ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are available , having your own vehicle is most convenient option for getting around the city and surrounding areas. Public transportation may be limited is some parts of Fayetteville, so plan accordingly if you do not plan to utilize a vehicle.
Other Things to Note:
• Guest Verification: We partner with Know Your Guest for independent guest verification. Before
your stay, you will be offered the choice between a non-refundable $35 damage waiver (covering
accidental damage up to $500) or a refundable $500 security deposit.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials like laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and
toilet paper. For longer stays, several stores are conveniently located nearby for you to purchase
additional supplies.
• Accessibility: Please be aware that our home is not wheelchair accessible.
• Potential Fees:
• Lockout Fee: $25
• Additional Cleaning Fee: $120
• $350 (charged for excessive mess requiring extra cleaning).
• Checkout Requirements: To help our staff prepare for the next guests, please complete these simple
tasks:
1. Place all trash in the outdoor receptacle. Do not bag recyclables.
2. Load and start the dishwasher with any used dishes.
3. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the cycle on hot water with the provided
detergent.

Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
