The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to restaurants. It is in a convenient location for visiting New River Gorge National Park. Check in and out information from the host was great. We would stay here again.

This is probably the fourth time that I have stayed at Cozy Cottage and it continues to be everything that I hope and expect. Centrally located to downtown Fayetteville, clean, Brandie and her husband are remarkably communicative and attentive.I will be back!!

The property is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants. There was plenty of parking. The property is quiet with no noise from neighboring apartments. There is some street noise if you go to bed early but it was quiet in the later hours overnight. The apartment was a good value for the price we paid. It could use a few cosmetic touchups but it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

Small, but comfortable.

The apartment doesn’t have a lot of extra space, but had everything we needed. Location was good for us to explore the National Park and surrounding area. If it hadn’t been raining, there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Excellent location, easy to find, perfect directions on where to park & find the lock box. Very walkable to restaurants, shops; short drive to hiking, biking & river activities. Traffic could be a little noisy at times; (occ loud vehicles) but by nighttime, no problem at all.

Clean and comfortable

Great location, just over a block from the center of Fayetteville. All communication and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The apartment was totally clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen counter space was limited -- something to keep in mind if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Nice apartment; I'm glad I stayed there!

Well…almost great until the end.

Small apartment above businesses on a road nearby shops and restaurants that are walkable. Easy access to nearby trails and the state parks. Apartment could use a little tlc. However,,,,I am writing this on our last day here at 3am with the windows rattling and the apartment literally shaking from road construction right outside the building. The noise level is almost unbearable from the jackhammering., and thoughts have crossed my mind about just leaving early, since My husband and I won’t be getting any sleep, and this is the 2nd night we had to endure this. I am aware this is nothing the owner has any control over, but do feel like they might have known about the construction beforehand as they left earplugs for us in the apartment. If that is the case then they should have disclosed this and let us make alternate arrangements. Just speculation though, and bad luck.

Great location!

Great location, convenient to park and restaurants in town. Clean space with all the essentials. Friendly and helpful owner who worked to resolve a problem immediately and also made great suggestions for the area.

Perfect “home base” for many nearby adventures

This little apartment, tastefully decorated, is in the middle of everything to do in the area….walkable to restaurants and shops, close drive to gorgeous gorge hikes and river activities.

Cozy Court #1

Excellent communication from the owners. Comfortable and very clean furniture. Has all of the amenities needed. Good job at remodeling the place. Great location to restaurants, local shopping and the New River Gorge Bridge. Would stay there again without hesitation.
