Brooklands Hideaway | Charming Historically-Inspired Cottage

Brooklands Hideaway is a charming cottage located in a quiet neighborhood in west Fayetteville. With our guest’s comfort and needs in mind, we’ve created a space that’ll make you feel at home right when you walk in the door!

Our cottage is located in a secluded neighborhood in West Fayetteville and has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with enough beds for 6 guests. This brand new home features vinyl plank flooring (no carpet), granite countertops, brand new appliances, & all of the modern conveniences our guests could want.

*Three private bedrooms - Main bedroom with attached bathroom (Queen size bed), guest room (Queen size bed), & bunk room (2 twin beds).
*Two full bathrooms (walk-in glass shower in main bathroom and full tub/shower combo in second bathroom)
*Memory foam mattress toppers on all beds
*Two TVs - one in living room and the other in the main bedroom
*Fully stocked kitchen (cookware, serving ware, Keurig)
*Desk & chair in bunk room perfect for a work-from-home vacation
*Extra sets of sheets for all beds
*Washer/Dryer set
*Great location minutes from great restaurants, outdoor activities, & the UofA campus

The space is deeply cleaned between each guest in order to maintain a COVID-19 safe environment. All linens are washed and dried on high heat, highly-touched surfaces are cleaned using bleach-based disinfectants, and there will be minimal host/guest in-person interactions.

**FYI Our cottage has an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) attached to the back with a permanent tenant. The ADU has a separate garage and entry from our listed unit.

We stayed here from Louisiana and got married on April 10 it was the most beautiful home in the most amazing neighborhood very quiet! No issues, check in process was a breeze! We can not wait to book a trip back to Arkansas and use this property! We will definitely we recommending it to our family and friends!

Great location in Fayetteville area

We stayed here while in town to visit family. House was very clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t cook in the house so I can’t comment on how well stocked the kitchen is. But it seemed to have the basics. Owner was very quick to communicate with and easy to get a hold off. We host family often and will stay here again.

Excellent Space for Family

We were in town for a family birthday party. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. It was clean and new. Parking is non-existent in front but the garage held an SUV and over sized truck which was great because it rained and snowed!

A Sweet Bungalow

Great place to stay for game weekend.

We had a chance to see our son and catch a football game with family. Arrived late Thursday night. House was convenient to campus, clean, well set up, and we were very pleased. Totally non eventful which is perfect!

Perfect get away

The home is nestled in a neat newer neighborhood with a nostalgic feel. We chose it for a getaway from the kids. Door dash and Walmart delivery kept us fed and we lounged on a comfy couch and bed. Highly recommend this place- super clean and cozy. Well equipped. Great pick!

Clean, comfortable home

The house is very clean. The beds are really comfortable. It's a cute house and a really nice neighborhood. There is a neighborhood Walmart 2 minutes away from the house that has a everything you could need. It is 10 minutes from the university, so it was the perfect spot to stay for a visit.

From booking to leaving the entire process was super easy. The property owner communicated with us from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this rental. The pictures don’t do this place any justice…..great, quiet neighborhood! Would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for quiet stay

Second time staying here. Chose it specifically for garage since i would have a car full of dorm room items i wanted secure. The space to spread out and modern furnishings were an added bonus. Host Ethan is very helpful. When having trouble with the app he called me to assist with check in.

Home away from home

We loved this house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bedding was soft and towels were plush. The master bathroom has an amazing shower. There was plenty of room for our family to relax while in town for a swim meet. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and the drive to UofA HPER was about 10 minutes. We loved being able to park in the garage. Would 100% book this property again!

Beautiful Brooklands Stay

Me and my family were in Fayetteville for a winter break and to look at properties in the area. This was quite a gem. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is well decorated and has the essentials you need for the first day. We had great communication with the property host. I would stay here again in the future if we are back in the area.
